Charlotte Ford

Letting Operations Manager

With an impressive 22 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Charlotte is our trusted Lettings Operation Manager.

She recently achieved a Level 3 qualification with the Association of Residential Letting Agents and is now pursuing her Level 4 – a testament to her passion for learning and staying at the forefront of industry standards.

Outside of work, Charlotte divides her time between her family and daughter, Olivia, and training for her first marathon, scheduled for September 2024.

Jennifer White

Senior Sales Consultant

An integral team member at Horton & Storey, Jennifer started her career as an apprentice in the business. With an eagerness to learn and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, she rapidly progressed to Property Consultant. Jennifer’s natural aptitude for residential estate agency helped her secure two promotions and an industry-accredited qualification. She’s now the first point of contact within our Shirley office for clients looking to purchase a property.

Jennifer takes pride in offering comprehensive guidance and advice to clients throughout the sales process, whilst also ensuring that each transaction goes through smoothly and successfully.

She’s a true social butterfly and enjoys going out with colleagues and friends too. Jennifer has a passion for dancing and has taken part in countless shows and competitions.

Justyn Horton

Managing Director

Justyn keeps Horton & Storey running smoothly and focuses on ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of their journey – from marketing to the completion of sale.

Justyn brings 15 years’ sales and letting experience to Horton & Storey. Starting out as a trainee negotiator, he worked his way up the ladder and held a variety of roles within residential estate agency, from Valuation Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Trainer for valuation managers all the way to his current role.

Outside of work, Justyn spends time with his family and is kept busy by his three young children. When he can, he’ll fit in a game or two of golf.

Robyn Peters

Property Appraisal Manager

As Property Appraisal Manager, Robyn applies her attention to detail to ensure each property is marketed to its full potential. She believes that the distinctive features and story behind every home deserve to be highlighted, creating a compelling proposition that resonates with potential buyers.

With five years’ experience in the real estate industry and enthusiasm for valuing homes, Robyn focuses on building meaningful connections and trust with clients.

In her spare time, Robyn enjoys keeping fit at the gym and going out with friends and family.

Sophie Payne

Senior Property Manager

Sophie began her career as a Sales Negotiator in 2016 and later transitioned into lettings. She now utilises her wealth of knowledge and experience as Senior Property Manager, bringing distinct enthusiasm and drive to the role. Always willing to go the extra mile for clients and tenants, Sophie enjoys working in property management as she believes no day is ever the same.

Away from work, Sophie enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.
