Who got you into property?
My partner applied for me, without me knowing, to a corporate recruitment day.
What favourite memory in the industry?
My first house sale was on Eva Road in Winson Green (I named my daughter Eva!)
What is the most significant influence in your career to date?
For ten years, my regional manager saw my potential and guided me up the career ladder.
Worst moment?
When a sale falls through due to something out of your control.
What is the best moment so far?
The first-day trading as Horton & Senate.
What else would you be if you weren’t in the property industry?
A football agent.
How do you progress from a trainee negotiator to a Director?
Hard work, listen to your client’s needs and deliver them.
What are your greatest passions outside Horton & Senate?
My family, football and playing golf badly.
What would you love to do
but never have the time or money for it?
To travel around East Asia.
Worst habit?
Not tidying my desk.

Spiders anywhere near me.
