This week in Solihull’s property market, the postcodes saw significant activity, with forty houses being listed by estate agents in Solihull, either newly instructed or having their prices reduced. Out of these, eight were detached homes with an average price of £598,000. Many of the new instructions were new-build launches, which may not accurately reflect the local market. The average price for these new instructions, mainly semi-detached, was just under £410,000. The market for terraced homes saw five new instructions, one reduction, and an average price of £300,833. Lastly, two bungalows were newly instructed with an average price of £307,500.

In contrast, the B91 postcode saw less activity, with eight new instructions and three reductions. Three new detached homes were coming to market with an average price of just over £640,000. Notably, no new semi-detached properties were coming to market. The market for terraced homes had two new instructions with an average of £312,500; one bungalow was instructed, and one was reduced.

In conclusion, the real estate market in Solihull’s B90 and B91 postcodes saw a lot of activity this week, with the B90 postcode having more new instructions, reductions, and higher average prices for detached and bungalow properties. The B91 postcode had less activity, with the market for semi-detached properties being the most striking.
