This week, the Solihull housing market saw activity particularly in the Shirley B90 postcode with thirty-two homes being newly instructed or reduced. Nine detached homes came onto the market with an average price of £545,278, showing a positive movement in the market.
In contrast, the Solihull B91 postcode saw less activity this week, with only seventeen new instructions. However, there were still nine new detached homes coming to market, one with a listing price of £3,200,000, making it a popular area for those seeking luxurious homes. The market for semi-detached properties also saw growth with three properties coming onto the market with a combined average price of just over £400,000.
It’s feeling slightly more positive due to the amount of instructions and buyers being registered. Long may it continue.
